B.R.A.V.E. and The City of Bowling Green’s 4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration. Also known as; Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation Day, and Emancipation Day–Juneteenth, is a holiday celebrating the emancipation of those who had been enslaved in the United States. A day to celebrate & appreciate Black life, Culture, and Experiences! BRAVE continues to prepare and coordinate more activities and opportunities to make this event a highlight of the summer.
